Food Republic and Rich Rosendale take a moment to talk about what is next after his departure from the Greenbrier. Rich resigned as head of food of beverage at the fabled resort to peruse new endeavors in June of 2013. Since his return to the Greenbrier he was part of the most epic turn around in the resorts history helping it emerge from bankruptcy, and opening more than tripling the size of the food and beverage operation. He opened five new restaurants, started the 44 acre Greenbrier farm, and much more in a very short time. He talks in the article about what his plans are next, and also takes an opportunity to reflect on the Bocuse d'Or.
