On today’s episode of Let’s Dig In, host Rich Rosendale’s guest is Ryan Peters, Pittsburgh-based Chef and culinary influencer.
After graduating from culinary school, Chef Peters completed an externship at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL before returning home to Pennsylvania and working with Chef Kevin Sousa. After some time, Ryan relocated back to Key Largo to be Ocean Reef’s Banquet Sous Chef, deepening his knowledge of culinary operations. A few years later, he moved back to Pittsburgh to open his own restaurant, later venturing to other restaurants where he continues today that really develop his love of making pasta. About a year ago, he began to share his love of pasta on Tik Tok and his enticing content has captured 1.6 million followers and close to 27 million likes across the platform under @peterspasta.
