Skinny BBQ Sauce
If you're like me, then you love barbeque, but it can really pack on the calories. I came up with this light version of barbeque sauce to use in the summer. Keep all the flavor, and lose the sugar and calories.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together all ingredients.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and puree with a stick blender or upright tabletop blender.
Allow cooling slightly before brushing on your favorite meat.
