Marinade for Smoked Pork Loin
I like to marinate my pork loin before smoking it with applewood. This recipe adds a sweet and aromatic flavor to the meat.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl large enough to hold both the marinade and the pork loin.
Marinate the pork for 4–6 hours prior to cooking. I like to season the pork with salt and cracked black pepper and then grill over apple wood. A nice light barbeque sauce also goes very nicely over the pork.
