Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies
Make these cookies BIG! I use an ice-cream scoop to portion them and they always bake up soft, chewy, and delicious!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream the butter, both sugars, and vanilla extract for 3 minutes.
Add the eggs gradually, and mix for a few minutes until incorporated.
Sift the dry ingredients together.
Add all sifted dry ingredients and finish with the chocolate chips. Do not over mix. Scoop to desired size and chill. I like to use a large ice-cream scoop, and make about 20 cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10–15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
